Dotient sells a one-time software license for its desktop application. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds, cancellations, and disputes.
2. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If Dotient does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase.
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@dotient.com with the email address used for your purchase
- Include your receipt number (e.g.
DOTIENT-0002, found in your Polar purchase confirmation email) - We will process your refund within 1–5 business days
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be revoked and you will no longer be able to use the application.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since Dotient is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), cancellation applies before a license key has been issued. If you have not yet received your license key and wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@dotient.com and we will process a full refund.
After a license key has been issued, the 3-day refund policy above applies.
4. Dispute Policy
If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or that you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us directly at support@dotient.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
Unresolved disputes may be handled through your payment provider's standard dispute resolution process.
