Dotient is a desktop software license available as a one-time $5 Standard purchase or a $15 Lifetime bundle. Because of the digital, non-returnable nature of software licenses, all sales are final.

2. Why No Refunds?

Dotient is the result of nearly a year of development and hundreds of hours of work. Starting at $5, each license is priced as low as possible to make the app accessible while covering a fraction of the effort that went into it.

3. Cancellation

Since Dotient's Standard and Lifetime plans are one-time purchases (not a subscription), cancellation applies only before a license key has been issued. If you have not yet received your license key and wish to cancel, please contact us at support@dotient.com.

Once a license key has been issued, the sale is considered complete and the no-refund policy above applies.

4. Billing Errors & Disputes

If you believe there was a billing error (e.g., you were charged the wrong amount or charged more than once), please contact us directly at support@dotient.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We'll work with you to correct any legitimate errors promptly.
